We ship all our cakes in insulated Styrofoam containers with a corrugated box
as further outer protection. Gel-packs and/or dry ice is used as the refrigerant.
We make no money on the shipping and handling of your order, and the reusable
container components are included in your price. The only additional charge will
be for shipping, plus sales tax for orders in North Carolina.
We ship Federal Express Standard Overnight.
Because of continual rate increases and fuel surcharges, when we
receive your order we will e-mail or call with the shipping cost.
No signature is required to receive packages. We are not responsible if the person
receiving the order is not home. The order will be left in a secure location at the
address for the recipient. Make sure you let people know that you have a perishable
order coming.
Please note that Sea Products, Inc. will not be liable for reimbursement on late
arrival of delivery due to shipping delays, or the $10 address correction fee if you
provide us with an incorrect shipping address. No delivery to Post Office boxes.
