Mexican shellfish cocktail In the warmer months of the year the Sea Products kitchen makes our refreshing and delicious Mexican shellfish cocktail. This is a cold soup with shrimp, scallops, and crabmeat , avacado, cucumber, onion, jalapeno, and cilantro in a spicy tomato broth. The spanish name for this soup is ’vuelve a la vida" which means "return to life," referring to a hangover remedy.
